Youth Mental Health First Aid is primarily designed for adults who regularly interact with young people. The course introduces common mental health challenges for youth, reviews typical adolescent development, and teaches a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.

Adult Mental Health First Aid
Learn and develop an action plan to help others ​developing a mental health challenge or crisis at the workplace or at home.
Audience: Individuals who interact mostly with adults
Duration: 2 hours self-paced pre-work plus 6 hours live class
Delivery Methods: Virtual or In-Person

CPR/First Aid courses equip students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants. It is designed for students who need a certification that satisfies OSHA workplace or other regulatory requirements. Upon successful completion a valid 2 year digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED is issued.

Duration: Required pre-work plus 2.5 hrs skills session
